Privacy statement
Amy AI ("Amy") is published by Valor Consulting Emanuel-Eduard Chirileanu ("we"). This statement explains what happens to data when you use Amy.
We receive no data
- We operate no backend, no AI service and no data store for Amy.
- Amy contains no telemetry, analytics or tracking. We receive no Wiki, work-item, pull-request, usage or personal data from Amy.
- The Visual Studio Marketplace, operated by Microsoft, may share install statistics with publishers under its own terms. Microsoft's privacy statement applies to the Marketplace and to Azure DevOps.
Where your data goes
- Azure DevOps. Amy runs in your browser inside Azure DevOps. It reads and writes Wiki pages and work items with your own permissions, only after you confirm each change.
- Your organization's backend. When you use an AI feature, Amy sends the content needed for it (for example the selected Wiki passages or work-item fields) to the backend that your organization's administrator configured. Your organization operates that backend and chooses its AI provider; their terms apply to that data, not ours.
- Settings. Amy stores the backend's address and display name, project templates and your confirmation of the backend in Azure DevOps extension data, within your organization. It never stores API keys or passwords there.

Support requests
If you write to contact@valor-co.com, we receive your e-mail address and what you write, and use them to answer you. When you ask for access to the backend image, we also keep your Azure DevOps organization's name, to manage that access for as long as you have it.
